Following her recent headies nomination Canadian Nigerian alte singer FalanaMusic was live on the midday show with Do2dtun and Eve, she shared a lot about the difference in her sound, career growth, and studio rituals.

FalanaMusic certainly enjoyed every bit of the interview, as she explains why she sticks to her sound even though the pressure to sing a proper Afrobeats jam is intense, and she has positioned herself as an artist that could vibe on any sound, “I think what makes an artist stand out is when they see someone do something they haven’t done before” she explained.

The talented singer who recently received three nominations at the 15th Headies Award piped up about the feelings of getting recognized for doing one work.

She was nominated for “Best Recording Of The Year”,  “Best R&B Album” and “Songwriter Of The Year” sharing the categories with different Nigerian artists, like Fireboy, Omah Lay, Adekunle Gold, and some other Nigerian artists.

However, she revealed her music fetish before recording a song, even though it's kind of ordinary but it’s still worthy of note.
