After achieving spectacular success in music, fashion, and beauty, Rihanna has amassed a net worth of $1.4 billion, making her the youngest self-made female billionaire in America.
Rihanna is now worth $1.7 billion, Forbes estimates—making her the wealthiest female musician in the world and second only to Oprah Winfrey as the richest female entertainer.
In effect, Rihanna, who turned 34 in February, has added another feather to her hat by deposing popular socialite Kim Kardashian, 41.
The singer has expanded her fame outside the realm of music to include a variety of fashion and beauty-related fields.
Her phenomenal financial success was first revealed in June when Rihanna was featured in Forbes’ annual list of America’s richest self-made women, on which she was ranked 21st. She is the only woman under the age of 40 to feature in the line-up.
Her impressive milestone comes more than three years after the outlet bestowed the much-coveted title to Kylie Jenner, who is estimated to have a current net worth of $600 million. But now, Rihanna holds that position.
Her net worth may soon go up, too, according to Eonline. The singer, who recently welcomed her first child with A$AP Rocky, has been teasing that she has new music in the works.
